Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the OneHub+ marketing website, mobile applications or management portal (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
OneHub+ is operated by Aspact Pte Ltd ("OneHub+", "we", "us"). We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Description of Services
OneHub+ provides condominium and MCST operations software including visitor management, gate and carpark workflows, patrol and incident reporting, notifications (SMS, push, WhatsApp where enabled), facilities booking, announcements and AI-assisted operational insights. Features available to you depend on your estate's subscription and configuration.
Account Terms
- You must be a natural person; accounts created by bots or automated means are not permitted.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
- Each login is for one individual; shared credentials are prohibited unless explicitly authorised by your estate administrator.
- Security and manager accounts may be issued and revoked by your property manager or MCST.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account, including enabling two-factor authentication where required.
- You must notify your administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.
- Upload malware, spam or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Attempt to bypass access controls, gate interfaces or API authentication.
- Harass, threaten or abuse OneHub+ users, estate staff or our personnel.
- Scrape or resell the Service without written permission.
Content & Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g. incident reports, photos). You grant us a licence to host and process that content solely to provide the Service to your estate.
The OneHub+ name, logos, UI and software are owned by Aspact Pte Ltd. You may not copy, modify or reverse-engineer the Service except as permitted by law.
Public sharing features, where enabled, allow other authorised users in your estate to view content you mark as shared.
Third-Party Integrations
Your estate may connect barriers, intercom, ANPR cameras, CCTV or other hardware. Aspact is not responsible for third-party device failures, network outages at the property or acts of your managing agent. Integration availability is subject to technical compatibility and separate estate agreements.
Website Contact Form
Information submitted through the OneHub+ website contact form is used to respond to demo and sales enquiries. You must not submit false or misleading information.
Service Availability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may perform maintenance, updates or suspend features with reasonable notice where practicable. Offline guard modes may queue data locally and synchronise when connectivity returns; behaviour depends on estate configuration.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Aspact shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, data or other intangible losses, arising from your use of the Service, third-party conduct, unauthorised access or any matter beyond our reasonable control.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the fees paid by your estate for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or SGD 100 if you are an individual user without a direct commercial contract with us.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Aspact against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Service or violation of applicable law.
Termination
We or your estate administrator may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by nature should survive (including liability limits and governing law) will survive.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. Material changes will be indicated by the "Last updated" date. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Data Protection Policy and any estate-specific agreement between Aspact and your MCST or managing agent, constitute the entire agreement regarding the Service and supersede prior OneHub terms dated January 2022.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts, subject to any mandatory consumer protections.
